In GarageBand you can edit, add, cut and, adjust music, sounds and speaking. This can be used for voice overs, podcasts and radio talking.
This video we did is on how to write a letter. We used speak over on pictures, and we added music to our video as well.
TIPS:
You can add old or new voices by dragging or having a mic to speak into.
